HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN PERTUKARAN ATASAN-BAWAHAN DENGAN LAKU WARGA ORGANI

2008 | Tesis |This research aims at knowing the relationship between transformational leadership and leader-member exchange with employees’ organizational citizenship behavior. This research data are collected by using three scales ; transformational leadership scale, leader-member exchange scale and organizational citizenship behavior scale. This research subjects are the 109 non medical employees of RSJ Prof. dr. Soeroyo Magelang and with the characteristic of a minimum of one year employment and their education level is at least Senior High School or any equal level. The collected data are processed by using regression analysis. It is concluded in major hypothesis that there is significant relationship between transformational leadership and leader-member exchange with organizational citizenship behavior indicated by its a correlation coefficient of 0,776 and a probability of 0,000 (p0,05), and there is significant positive relationship between leader-member exchange with organizational citizenship behavior indicated by a partial coefficient of 0,553 and a probability of 0,000 (p
