This research was aimed to find out the relationship between spiritual and emotional intelligence with adolescent sexual behaviour in dating. The subjects in this research were 139 students in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Yogyakarta II. The determination of the samples in this research used purposive sampling technique with subject characteristics are in second class, 15-18 years old and in or have been in dating. Data collecting tools used in this research were: spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and adolescent sexual behaviour in dating scale. Data analysis method used in this research was regression analysis. The result of this research shows that there was a relationship between spiritual and emotional intelligence with adolescent sexual behaviour in dating, shown by the R value of 0,406, determination coefficient (R2) = 0,165, correlation coefficient value of F-regression = 13,444 and significant level of 0,000 (p
