PERAN KEADILAN RETRIBUTIF DAN KEPERCAYAAN PADA CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) SEBAGAI BENTU

Increasingly social and environmental problems need a great attention in the world. Companies may have been contributing in these problems. But, companies need social support from the society to build a sustainable development. Therefore companies have to practice an ethical business. Two side requirement between society and company accommodated by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a retributive process. The purpose of this research is to know the role of retributive justice and trust in CSR as a prosocial behavior. Using the quantitative approach, this research conducted to the society who had been living in the circular area of mining in East Kalimantan. The result indicated that perceptions of retributive justice and trust significantly influence the perception of CSR as a prosocial behavior. The study found that retributive justice had higher contribution than trust to influence CSR as a prosocial behavior. These results are discussed with regard to developing CSR as a prosocial behavior that promotes Good Corporate Governance (GCG) standards between company and society.
