The decrease of the employee performances are often cause the ineffectivity and inefficiency of organization and then will affect the organization’s productivity. This research aimed to know the relationship among emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior with work performance of employees in the organization. This research consists of one dependent variable work performance, independent variable, emotional intelligence, and one mediation variable, organizational citizenship behavior. Data were collected using questionnaires on emotional intelligence, organizational citizenship behavior, and rating scale of work performance. Subjects in this research were 100 employess of PT Inco Sorowako, South Sulawesi which were chosen by using random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using path regression analysis. The result of this research showed that there are significant relationship between emotional intelligence with work performance as well as organizational citizenship behavior as mediation variable.
