This research has a purpose to know and prove the relationship between learning custom and literature reading interest with autonomous behavior in learning for university student at D-II level in kindergarten teacher education (PGTK) faculty of education (FIP) Yogyakarta state university (UNY). The hypothesis which proposed is: there is positive relationship between learning custom and literature reading interest with autonomous behavior in learning for university student. Autonomous behavior in learning for university student measured by autonomous behavior in learning scale. Learning custom measured by learning custom scale, and literature reading interest measured by literatur reading interest scale. Subject in this research 75 university students at D-II level in PGTK FIP UNY. The data analysis which used is multiple regression analysis. The result of multiple regression analysis shows that there is significant positive relationship between learning custom and literature reading interest with autonomous behavior in learning for university student (F: 16.635, p: 0.000, R: 0.562, R2: 0.316). Learning custom has a positive role that significant with autonomous behavior in learning for university student ( :0.497, t: 4.578, p: 0.000). Literature reading interest has a positive role that significant with autonomous behavior in learning for university student ( : 0.124, t: 1.141, p: 0.258).
