HUBUNGAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA DENGAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT

Job performance cannot exist nor showing increase without consistency and enhancement from all aspects in organization; from corporate culture, organizational support, and work motivation. This research aimed to explore the relationship between corporate culture, organizational support, and work motivation toward job performance. This research formed with one independent variable: Job Performance, and three dependent variables: corporate culture, organizational support, and work motivation. Likert and semantic scale were used to collect the data in this research. This research involved 80 employee of Bank Rakyat Indonesia in branch office at Cik Ditiro, Sleman, and Katamso that rolled as research respondent with random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the multivariate regression method. The result of this research showed that there is a significant relationship between corporate culture, organizational support, and work motivation toward job performance with F = 14.292, R2 = 0.361, and p = 0.000. Afterwards, from the regression result showed that there positive and significant relationship between corporate culture with r score = 0.106, t = 4.253, and p = 0.000. Later, organizational support with job performance also have positive and significance correlation with r score = 0.089, t = 3.165, and p = 0.002. While work motivation with job performance have positive and significance relationship with r score = 0.085, t = 2.855, and p = 0.006.
