2008 | Tesis |This Study was aimed to explore how the nurses internalitation of shared values, with self value, with kualitative method and also with ethnographic model was. Data was collected from 12 nurses as respondent used in-depth interview, observe the participants during 60 days in Dr. Pirngadi Hospital Medan. Respondents were pool by using “snow-ball” technique and were chosen by purposive sampling. The validity of research result used intersubjective validity. Beside was using triangulation method by asking explanation from room-head where the nurses are work, or to sharing partner,to know how respondents giving excellence service, and interviewing of patient and 4 people from Pharmacy Company. The result show that respondents comprehension about share value variety, but they have been internalitation share value as their daily at work. From the result observation like artifac, the respondents and management RSPM have a maximal to giving excellence service to patient, but still have unaquality between do finish with consument hopeless, such as found in unaquality research like : corporate culture, where the nurse still carryout their self values in behavior at work, self value hail from batak culture is life phylosophi hasangapon, beside cross enculturasi between nurse and patient, level education, room fasility and minus stock drugs, and government judicious.
