Marriage decision making process has the important role for marriage. In this research is using qualitative method with fenomenologi approach. The sample involved 6 six women adulthood and has carrier as research subject, and 4 person in significant others from the very closed subject. The research is using interview method and observation. Data form interview research with the subjects and significant others are using detail research in marriage decision making process for women in the development step adulthood women and women carrier. The result in this research is showing psychology dynamic that the marriage decision making process will better if has supports by: problem identification, clear information, intuition, clearly criteria and good stability emotional. The study result show that the marriage decision making has impact to agreement and appeal from family side. This study was found that ethnics or culture have impact to marriage decision making process. The healty women reproduction, financial establish and love factors is including as marriage decision making influence. Key words : Marriage Decision Making, Adulthood Women, Women Carrier
