2008 | Tesis |Job involvement is mainly influenced both individual and work factors. Do work role ambiguity and optimism being PNS influences job involvement in honorary employee? The research subjects are 48 honorary employees in Dinas Tanaman Pangan Kabupaten Bone. Simple random technique sampling is used to take the sample. Work role ambiguity scale, optimism scale and job involvement scale are used as research instruments. The data analysis is done by regression of two predictors analysis, and processed by statistic program SPSS version 14.0 for windows. The hypotheses in this research are: (1) there is a correlation between work role ambiguity and optimism being PNS to job involvement of honorary employee, (2) there is a negative correlation between work role ambiguity and job involvement of honorary employee, (3) there is a positive correlation between optimism being PNS and job involvement of honorary employee.
