Nurse profession shares joy and sorrow. Whenever a nurse was successful in helping patients to recover their health, it will bring joy and satisfaction to a nurse. On the other hand, if nurses deal with many challenges then what they experience was the overwhelming demand of working responsibility or stress. The purpose of this research was to find out the relation between self-efficacy in the double role of mothers and job satisfaction with the nurse life satisfaction. The data are obtained through scale method. The subjects in this research are sixty nurses from Panembahan Senopati Public Hospital Bantul. Data were analyzed by using multivariate regression analysis. The results of this research showed that there are no significant correlation between self-efficacy in the double role of mothers and job satisfaction with the life satisfaction of nurses with F = 1.194, R2 = 0.039, and p = 0.324. Regression phase analysis shows that there are no significant correlation between self-efficacy in the double role of mothers with the life satisfaction of a nurse with beta = 0.212, t = 1.453, and p = 0.152. Furthermore there are no significant correlation between job satisfaction with the life satisfaction of a nurse with the beta = -0.040, t = -0.275, and p = 0.784.
