The aim of research was to examine the role of cognitive style and emotion in decision making. The research subjects are employees of managerial level of PT. Pertamina EP Java Region, Cirebon. The number of subjects are 45 people. The data collecting method which is used are the emotion scale, cognitive style scale, and decision making scale. The data analysis is done by univariat Uji-F Anova analysis technique.
