PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR PNS TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA APARATUR PEMERINTAH

2007 | Tesis |This research was aimed to understand the correlations of organizational culture and perception of career development with work satisfaction of the civil servants of Yogyakarta Local Government. Its subject was 126 employees of Yogyakarta Local Government. Its data were collected by the organizational culture scales, perception of civil servant career development scales, and work satisfaction scales. The result of regression analysis was found that: (1) it was the significant relationship between organizational culture and perception of civil servant career development with work satisfaction on the employee (F = 36.721, R2 = 0.374, dan p = 0.000); (2) it was accepted that the positive and significant relationship between organizational culture with work satisfaction on the employee (beta = 0.177, t = 2.474, dan p = 0.015); (3) it was accepted that the positive and significant relationship between perception of civil servant career development with work satisfaction on the employee (beta = 0.588, t = 8.242, dan p = 0.000). The organizational culture and perception of civil servant career development was two of many factors influencing work satisfaction on the employee with an effective contribution (SE = 37.4 If the organizational culture and perception of civil servant career development was good, the work satisfaction was higher as well.
