This study was aimed to find out the role or effect of psychological contract perception, locus of control, and status of employment on the participation in development activities. The number of employees of PT. Surveyor Indonesia Jakarta who involved in this study was 99 employees. They consisted of 45 part-time employees and 54 full- employees. The analysis techniques were regression analysis and t-test, taken from SPS- 2005 program of Midi package. The results of study indicated that: 1) psychological contract perception, locus of control and status of employment had a combine role or effect on the participation in development activities. It was indicated by the regression result of R2 = 0.401 and p = 0.000; 2) psychological contract perception did not have a significant effect on the participation in development activities, as shown by the regression result of r = 0.093, and p = 0.335; 3) the tendency of internal locus of control had a role on the participation in development activities, was shown by r = 0.286, and p = 0.002, 4) employment status had a very significant influence on the participation in development activities as shown by r = 0.545, and p = 0.000, 5) there was a difference about psychological contract perception between part-time employees (mean = 56.022) and full-time employees (mean = 61.833) with t = -2.591, and p = 0.011. The full-time had higher psychological perception than part-time employees. The same thing was also found on the participation in development activities in which full-time had higher (mean = 40.963) participation in development activities compared to part-time employees (mean = 29.467) with t = -6.853, and p = 0.000.
