DAYA PREDIKSI KONSEP DIRI DAN PENGENDALIAN KONFLIK INTERPERSONAL TERHADAP SUBJECTIVE WELL-BEING

The aim of this research was to know the prediction of self concept and skill of handling interpersonal conflict to subjective well-being of the employees BOB PT. BSP-Pertamina Hulu. This research consisted one dependent variable subjective well-being, and two independent variables, skill of interpersonal conflict and self concept. Data collection was done by using the scale method. Subjects of the research were sixty employees BOB PT. BSP-Pertamina Hulu which were randomly. Data were analyzed by using regression analysis. The results of this research showed that subjective well-being can be predicted significantly by self concept and skill of interpersonal conflict with (F = 10.758, R2 = 0.274, and p = 0.000). Self concept can be predict significantly to subjective well-being with (beta = 0.290, t = 2.422, and p = 0.019). Skill of handling interpersonal conflict can be predict very significantly to subjective well-being with (beta = 0.349, t = 2.910, and p = 0.005).
