The research aimed at examining the influences of exemplary leadership style and individual values on employees’ multidimensional organizational commitment. The subjects of this research were 52 employees of an oil company in Riau. The research was conducted using purposive sampling. The data were collected using three scales, namely multidimensional organizational commitment scale, exemplary leadership style scale, and individual values scale. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple regression technique.
