TINGKAT PRESTASI DAN EFIKASI DIRI SISWA DITINJAU DARI PENERAPAN PROGRAM IMERSI

The main purpose of this research was to find out the difference between Immersion and regular students’ on their school achievement, and to examine if there was a positive correlation and significance between of students’ The data was collected used, skala efikasi diri, tes Matematika, tes Fisika, tes Kimia, tes Biologi, tes Bahasa Inggris, tes Bahasa Indonesia and tes PPKN. 93 Senior High School Students, they are two immersion classes and a regular class Result showed that there was significant difference in achievement between immersion and regular students (t = 5,601; p ≤ 0,0001). Immersion students’ achievement level higher (mean = 15,75) than regular students (mean = 13,96). Besides, it was found that there was significant difference in self efficacy between immersion and regular students (t = 6,138; p ≤ 0,0001). Immersion students’ self efficacy higher (mean = 91,58) than regular students (mean = 80,78). Correlation score showed that self efficacy has positive correlation with students’ achievement (r = 0,306 ; p = 0,003).
