HUBUNGAN KUALITAS PERTUKARAN PIMPINAN-BAWAHAN, LOCUS OF CONTROL TERHADAP WELL BEING

2007 | Tesis |This research is purposed to knowing the relation of the leader member exchange, locus of control to the well being. The theory well being is predict the presence of positive-negative condition that can make happy-unhappy incident toward occurrence that have been experienced. Behavior can affect the relation of the leader member exchange. Thus, people believe that they can control their job environment and their feedback effect to others that should be having a better development to the quality of relationship among the chief. Amount of research subject is 90 people. The analyses technique that used is regression analyses which exist in SPSS-2000 program. The research outcome of PT Sango Forming Department is showing that: (1) well being is having a positive correlation with the leader member exchange; it means that much higher the value of the leader member exchange, therefore much positive the level of the well being. This is indicated by the regression value Rx1.y-sisa x = 0.353; P = 0.003 (P ≤0.01 that means very significant). (2) Well being has a positive correlation with the internal of locus control; it means much higher internal locus of control, therefore much positive the level of well being. This is indicated by the regression value F = 8.265; P = 0.004 (P ≤0.01 that means very significant). (3) the positive well being (Y) is affected by the leader member exchange (X1) and internal locus of control (X2). This is indicated by the regression value Rx2.y-sisa x = 0.344; P = 0.004 (P ≤0.01 that means very significant). The effective contribution from both dominant factors is constructed accordance with ranking, there is: (a) Locus Of Control (X2) with contribution of effective quality 10.8% (dominant 1). (b) Leader member exchange (X1) with contribution of effective quality 9.3% (dominant 2). This is means that the effective contribution from both factors is 20.701% then, other contribution is not determined by both factors but by other factors.
