EFEKTIVITAS PERAN PEMIMPIN TINGKAT IV DAN KETERAKSESAN INFORMASI KELEMBAGAAN TERHADAP MINAT KERJ

The aim of this research is to know the relation between effectiveness of leader role level IV and accessibility of institute information with the work interest public servant. There is a positive relation between effectiveness of leader role level IV and accessibility of institute information with work interest of public servant in LPMP Sumatera Selatan. The more effective leader leader level IV and accessibility of institute information, high work interest of public servant in LPMP Sumatera Selatan. This research use the Work Interest of Public Servant Scale, Scale of Effectiveness of Leader Role Level IV, and Scale of Accessibility of Institute Information. This study was held at Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) Sumatera Selatan, with number of 82 persons, all have status as public servant with the position of staff or executor. The data were analized using Multiple Regression Analysis . The result show that was positif relation between effectiveness of leader role level IV and accessibility of institute information with work interest of public servant in LPMP Sumatera Selatan (F = 4,326.785 ; R = 0.991 ; p = 0.000). Both of Effectiveness of Leader Role Level IV and Accessibility of Institute Information had number significant 0.000. This meant that there were positive correlation between effectiveness of leader role level IV and accessibility of institute information with the work interest of public servant. This research show of effectiveness of leader role level IV and accessibility of institute information, to work interest of public servant equal to 0.640 % and 98.455 %. Rest of equal to 0.905 % determined or influenced by other dissimilar factor.
