HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPUASAN KERJA, KONTRAK PSIKOLOGIS DAN EFIKASI DIRI TERHADAP KOMITMEN PROFESI DO

This research was aimed at studying the correlation between job satisfaction, psychologycal contract, and self efficacy to lectures professional commitment at Lambung Mangkurat University of Banjarmasin. This research consist one dependent variable that is professional commitment, and three independent variables, that are job satisfaction, psychologycal contract and self efficacy. Data was collected by using the scale method. Subject of the research were eighty lectures at Lambung Mangkurat University of Banjarmasin. Technical sample collection was done by subpopulation random sampling by chosed 8 subject randomly at each faculty. Data were analyzed by using multivariate regression analysis with stepwise methode. This result of this research showed that there was not significant relation between job satisfactions, psychologycal contract, and self efficacy to professional commitment with ( F = 1.946, R2 = 0.071, dan p = 0.129 ). Job satisfaction was correlated not significantly to professional commitment with beta = 0.221, t = 1.550, dan p = 0.125, Psychologycal contract was correlated not significantly to professional commitment with beta = -0.066, t = -0.497, dan p = 0.621, and self efficacy was correlated not significantly to professional commitment with beta = 0.123, t = 1.025, dan p = 0.309.
