THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN INTELECTUAL ABILITY, PERSONALITY, ORGANIZATION PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE AND EF

This research was aimed to study the correlation of intelectual ability, personality, psychological climate and effort with performance. Especially, it aimed to know: 1) the correlation of intelectual ability with performance; 2) the correlation of personality factor dimension with performance; 3) the correlation of psychological climate with performance; 4) the correlation of effort with performance. This research involved 29 subjects of officer in PT Pamapersada Nusantara of Jakarta. Data was found with giving three scales, they were personality scale, psychological climate scale, and employee effort scale. Intelligence and performance was found from personnel data in organization Based on regression analysis concluded that 1) there was significant positive correlation between intelectual ability, personality factor dimension, psychological climate and effort with performance, 2) there was a significant positive correlation between intelectual ability with performance, 3) there was nirsignificant correlation between extraversion with performance; 4) there was very significant positive correlation between conscientiousness with performance; 5) there was nirsignificant correlation between emotional stability with performance; 6) there was nirsignificant correlation between openness to experience with performance; 7) there was very significant positive correlation between psychological climate with performance; 8) there was nirsignificant correlation between effort with performance.
