HUBUNGAN KEJADIAN STRES DALAM KEHIDUPAN, KETANGGUHAN KOGNITIF, DAN KESEJAHTERAAN SPIRITUAL DENGAN

Recently stress researches on workers have been highly concerned. Some of these conducted researches mentioned that work circumstances can affect the amount of stressor and the health level in oneself (Lambert, et all., 2003;, Golby J., Sheard, M., 2003; Hanton, et al., 2003). Subjects in this study were public worker candidates which are the group of theology students of Duta Wacana Christian University (N=51). This study aimed at examining the correlation of life event stress/LES, cognitive hardiness/CH, spiritual well being/SWB and the strategies in reductioning stress/SRS. This research using LES, CH, SWB and SRS scale.The Data were analyzed by Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS statistical program version 10.0. The result indicates a significant correlation showing F = 8,947 and R = 0,620 (p=0,00) yet the direction of correlation are varied. Effective influence of the predictors 38,44%. Positive correlation is found among CH, SWB, and SRS variable showing F= 11,717 and R = 0,590 (p=0,00). The LES indicates negative correlation to CH and no corelation to other variables, meanwhile the other variables were significantly correlated.
