PERAN EFIKASI DIRI DAN PEMBELAJARAN INDIVIDUAL TERHADAP BUDAYA ORGANISASI

Nowdays, globalizations demands high adaptation ability for both individual and organization to survive and develop. One of strategy that plays a very important role to face competition and business environment that always change is by forming organizational culture supported by strong individual learning and self efficacy of employee. The aim of this research was to know the relation between self efficacy and individual learning to the organization culture of the employees Astom Indonesia Company. This research consisted one dependent variable organization culture, and two independent variables, self efficacy and individual learning. Data collection was done by using the scale method. Subjects of the research were fifty employees of Astom Indonesia Company which were randomly. Data were analyzed by using multivariate regression analysis. The results of this research showed that there was relation significant between the self efficacy and individual learning to assigned organization culture with (F = 31.198, R2 = 0.570, dan p = 0.000). Individual learning was correlated significantly to organization culture with (beta = 0.761, t = 7.580, and p = 0.000). Self efficacy was correlated insignificant to organization culture with (beta = -0.040, t = -0.412, and p = 0.682). Key words: Organization Culture, Self Efficacy, Individual Learning.
