The study is aimed at identifying the relationship between self-esteem and social support with depression in older people. The study used Purposive Sampling involves 67 older people living in “ABIYOSO” Tresna Werdha Nursing Home, Yogyakarta. Self-esteem, social support, and depression in older people are measured using self-esteem scale, social support scale, and depression in older people scale. The collected data was analyzed using multiple regression with supported by Statistical Package For Social Sciences (SPSS) For Windows Versi 11.5.
