The purpose of this research is to study self soncept and adversity intelligence to the meaning of life of prisoners. The subject involved 100 prisoners, three years minimum opposition period and lived in Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas I, Gunung Sari, Makassar, using purposive random sampling. The research data were obtained by using meaning of life scale, self concept scale and adversity intelligence scale. Data analysis was regression.
