Job satisfaction was correlated insignificant to job performance with r-partial = 0.116, p = 0.332, and effective contribution 1.323 percent. When job performance and resistance to change was rotated it showed with F = 3.503, R2 = 0.100 and p = 0.035, but correlated between job performance and the resistance to change was insignificant with r-partial = -0.119, p = 0.659, and effective contribution 1.292 percent. Moreover, there was negative and significant correlation between job satisfaction and resistance to change with r-partial = -0.277, p = 0.022, and effective contribution by 8.716 percent.
