The purpose of this research was to recognize role of the perception toward noise in working environment and organization climate with the job satisfaction, the relationship among perception toward noise in working environment with the job satisfaction, and the relationship between the organization climates with the job satisfaction. The subjects of the study were 90 employees of PT Angkasa Pura II branch of Pontianak. The subject were selected based on following criteria of company employees have, such as minimum education of Senior High School, and working in the place without air conditioner or working outside the building near the airport because the noise of the plane will distract their concentration and work performance. Data collection in this research was done through questionnaire method. The scales of a perception toward noise in working environment, the organization climate, and the job satisfaction were used as parameters. Data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis and a partial correlation analysis.
