There were 56 employees at The Institution for Social Rehabilitation for Mentally Retarded who became the subjects in this study on the role of self disclosure and interpersonal trust toward work stress. This study aimed at revealing the extent to which the relationship between factual self disclosure, emotion self disclosure and interpersonal trust with work stress, and also to find out how significant the role of factual self disclosure, emotion self disclosure and interpersonal trust toward work stress as shown by employees there. Data for the study were obtained through surveys. The measuring tools employed in this study were factual self disclosure scale, emotion self disclosure scale, interpersonal trust scale and work stress scale. Data then were analyzed using Regression Analysis, with the help of SPS version 2000 computer software Sutrisno Hadi edition.
