This research was aimed at studying the correlation between emotional intelligence and social maturity with self efficacy. Three hypotheses were tested (a) there was a correlation between emotional intelligence and social maturity with self efficacy (b) there was a positive correlation between emotional intelligence and self efficacy, and (c) there was a positive correlation between social maturity and self efficacy. The subjects of the research were students from Walisongo Islamic Boarding School in Cukir Jombang Jawa Timur. The subjects of the study were one hundred and ten students. Three instruments were administered to gather data, the self efficacy scale, emotional intelligence scale, and social maturity scale. The multivariate regression analysis was applied to analyze the data. The result indicated that (a) there was a positive and significant correlation between emotional intelligence and social maturity with self efficacy (r-par = 0.245; p= 0.035), (b) there was a positive and very significant correlation between emotional intelligence and self efficacy (r-par = 0.215; p= 0.006), and (c) the correlation between social maturity and self efficacy was non significan (r-par = 0.029; p = 0.708).
