The objective of this research whose to find out the relation level between emotion intelligence and organizational culture on psychological contract. The hypothesis proposed that (1) there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational culture and psychological contract, (2) there is correlation positive between emotional intelligence and psychologaical contract, (3) there is correlation positive between organizational culture and psychological contract. This research employed purposive sampling. The research subject whose 53 emp loys of PT PLN (PERSERO) Service and Networking Area of Surakarta. The data of this research whose collected through three scales, emotional intelligence scale, organizational culture scale, and psychological contract scale. The data were analysed by using regression analysis. The results of this research showed that there whose a significant relation between emotional intelligence and organizational culture with psychological contract (R = 0.548, R2 = 0.301, F = 10.746, p = 0.000); there whose a significant correlation positive between emotional intelligence and psychological contract (r-par = 0.351, p = 0.004); there whose a significant correlation positive between organizational culture and psychological contract (r-par = 0.259, p = 0.030). Stepwise regression analysis showed the following result : (a) social skill gave 21.586 percent, (b) organizational identity gave 10.609 percent, effective contribution.
