This study examined the correlation between religiosity and perception towards religion-based school and attitude towards choosing the religion-based school. Samples of this study were 120 students that randomly selected from ten class of 1th class of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta. The data were collected by means of three scales, namely the religiosity scale, perception towards religion based-school scale, and attitude towards choosing the religion-based school. The data were analyzed by regression analysis.
