2006 | Tesis |This research was aimed at studying the correlation and different between religious values and social competence with organizational citizenship behavior. The subjects of the study were one hundred and sixty employees that consisted of eighty employees of Management Qolbu Company and eighty employees of Hadji Kalla Company. They subjects were selected randomly from each business unit or department. The data were collected through three scales, namely Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale, Religious Values Scale, and Social Competence Scale. The observation and interview method used to support them as well. The data were analyzed with regression analysis and one-way anova. The result of this research showed that religious values and social competence were very significantly correlated with organizational citizenship behavior (F: 17.513; R2: 0.184; p: 0.000) for employees of Manajemen Qolbu Company and Hadji Kalla Company. The result of organizational citizenship behavior were very significantly different between employees of Manajemen Qolbu Company and Hadji Kalla Company (p 0.002 XA2 66.900). The result of religious values were very significantly different between employees of Manajemen Qolbu Company and Hadji Kalla Company (p 0.000 XA2 99.250). The result of social competence not significantly different between employees of Manajemen Qolbu Company and Hadji Kalla Company (p 0.001 > 0.050; XA1116.175
