PERAN KEADILAN TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN KESALINGTERGANTUNGAN SOSIAL SEBAGAI MODERATOR PADA

2006 | Tesis |The objective of the research are, First to explore the relationship between organizational justice and 01-ganizational commitment. Second to explore the influence of social intrdependent as moderator variabel in the relationship beween organizatioal justice and organizatonal commitment. Data collection in this research has done by surveying method. The scales of organizational comitment. organizational justice, and socal interdependence were used as a parameters. Research was conducted at the Perusahaan Daerah Air Millurn Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara and Balangan, with the employess as a subject. The total number of the subjects were 139. Data were analized by using simple and multiple regression analysis, using SPSS version 10 statistical program as a tool. The result showed that 32,8 96 of the organizational commitment determined by organizatonal justice without a moderator variable, and the result showed that 36,6 96 of organizational commitment determed by oganizational justice with social interdependence as moderator variable. But in other analysis with ('on~pnrillg 7il~o I'earsorl ('o~-rc.lntio~~ result Z= 0,5. The difference is not significant or the second hypothesis is not accepted. Organizatioanal justice was founded siynificantly influenced to the organizational commitment, using social interdependence as moderator variable, p = 0.000.
