Work satisfaction represent matter which of vital importance for teacher of since either through direct and also indirectly determine teacher existence, supporting work productivity and depict work quality. But in reality do not all teacher earn easily reach for work satisfaction. Work satisfaction problem will be more mean if placed in context of individual cash tendency and the social environment of somebody.
