PENGARUH PELATIHAN RELAKSASI RELIGIUS UNTUK MENGURANGI GANGGUAN INSOMNIA

Sleep is a human need process for build a new cells of body, rebuild broken cells (natural healing mechanism), gives the time for our body to rest or to keep metabolism balancing. Insomnia or hard to sleep is condition when the quality of sleep is less. It’s caused of hard to sleep itself. Often wake up at the night and very difficult to sleep again, wake up to early in the morning or can not sleep well all the night. Effect of someone insomnia will experience of fatigue, spiritless, and difficulty of concentration when do activity. Religious Relaxation as behavioral therapy which entangle confidence, tested in this research to see the effectiveness of in decreasing insomnia. Subject in this research amount to 22 students University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta divided to become 2 group, experiment group amount to 12 and control groups amount to 10. Therapy conduct ed in 6 meeting and during following training subject be heard by cassette of religious relaxation as practice at home nearing sleep. Data research of gain score of experiment group and control group tested by U Mann-Whitney analysis and obtained score 4.000 with level of significance p
