HUBUNGAN EFIKASI DIRI DAN KONTRAK PSIKOLOGIS DENGAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN PERAWAT RS. BHAYANGKARA PAL

The purpose of this study is in order to know the relationship between the self efficacy and psychological contract and the quality of nurses’ services at Bhayangkara Hospital, Palangkaraya. The subjects of the study are 44 nurses whose at least one year of work and at least the SPK level. The collection of data was carried out using questionnaires comprising the quality of nurses’ services, the self efficacy, and the psychological contract. The result of the regression analyses shows that the major hypothesis is acceptable with the R value = 0.328 and p = 0.045 which means that the self efficacy and psychological contract have the positive and significant relationship to the quality of nurses’ services. The effective contributions given by either variable are that the self efficacy (10.693%) and the psycholo gical contract (0.058%). The simultaneous analysis towards the factors of the self efficacy and quality of nurses’ services shows that the self efficacy factor has the positive relationship to the factor of quality of nurses’ services with r (X1Y) = 0.327 and p = 0.028 which means that the minor hypothesis is acceptable and the self efficacy of the nurse can be used as a predictor to assess the quality of nurses’ services. The higher the self efficacy of nurses is given, it can be predicted that the higher the quality of nurses’ services will be given. Whereas the simultaneous analysis towards the factors of the psychological contract and quality of nurses’ services shows that the former does not affect the latter in which r (X2Y) = 0.034 and p = 0.820 which means that the minor hypothesis is unacceptable. And so, the psychological contract is not able to be a predictor upon the quality of nurses’ services since the former factor does not affect the latter.
