HUBUNGAN ANTARA SIKAP SISWA TERHADAP BAHASA ARAB DAN PENILAIAN SISWA TERHADAP CARA MENGAJAR GURU BA

This research was designed to study the relationship of student’s attitude toward Arabic course and student’s evaluation to Arabic course teaching style to self regulated learning of Arabic course. The subjects were sixty second grade students State-Islamic Senior High School 3 of Padang (Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Padang), West Sumatera, The subjects were selected randomly. The main instruments in this study were: self regulated learning of Arabic course scale, student’s attitude toward Arabic course scale, and scale of student’s evaluation to Arabic course teaching style. The results showed that: (a) Student’s attitude toward Arabic course and student’s evaluation to Arabic course teaching style were correlated with self regulated learning of Arabic course, with R coefficient correlation = 0.635; p=0.000, and F-regression=19.290. (b) There was very significant positive correlation Among student’s attitude toward Arabic course and self regulated learning of Arabic course, with partial correlation = 0.598; and p=0.000. (c) There was very significant positive correlation among student’s evaluation to Arabic course teaching style with self regulated learning of Arabic course, with partial correlation = 0.277; and p=0.016.
