KECENDERUNGAN AGRESIVITAS ATAS NAMA AGAMA ISLAM DITINJAU DARI SIKAP TERHADAP PERINTAH JIHAD DAN KETA

The research was aimed to know the role of attitude toward jihad order and obedience to authority on tendency of aggressiveness by the name of Islam, and the other to know the difference of the role of attitude toward jihad order and obedience to authority on tendency of agresiveness by the name of Islam between a direct experience subject group and an indirect experience subject group. The subjects were 100 members of Islamic youth movements in Solo, Central Java, Indonesia whom were collected by purposive quota sampling technique. The datas were collected by using three questionnaires: 1). Tendency of Agresiveness by the Name of Islamic Religion Scale, 2). Scale of Attitude Toward Jihad Order, 3). Obedience to Authority Scale. And Interviews are the additional The results of the research showed that: 1). There is possitive role of attitude toward jihad order and obedience to authority on tendency of aggressiveness by the name of Islam significantly, indicated by F-reggression = 10.455, Rxy=0.421, and p=0.000 2). There is a difference of the role of attitude toward jihad order and obedience to authority on tendency of aggressiveness by the name of Islam between a direct experience subject group and an indirect experience subject group. Its were showed that F=5.697, R1= 0.442, p=0.006, and F=2.058, R2=0.284, p=0.139. Keywords: tendency of aggressiveness by the name of Islam, attitude, jihad, and obedience to authority.
