2006 | Tesis |THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ISLAMIC BUSINESS ETHICS, ORGANIZATION COMMITMENT AND CONSUMENT SERVICE QUALITY ABSTRACT This study was aimed at revealing the relationship between Islamic business ethics, organization commitment and consument service quality and finding out the extent to which Islamic business ethics and organization commitment function to enhance consument service quality at BMT Bina Umat Sejahtera, Lasem Rembang. Data were obtained from employees of finance institution at BMT Bina Umat Sejahtera. The subjects of the study were those who work in consument service division and cashiers of 11 branch offices. There were three scales, Islamic business ethics, organization commitment, and inventory scale of consument service quality. SPS-2000, version Sutrisno Hadi was used as a means of analyzing data. The result of multiple regression analysis showed R = 0.235, R2 = 0.055, F = 2.165 and p = 0.120, which meant that there were no significant relationship between Islamic business ethics, organization commitment and consument service quality. The effective contribution of the independent variables to dependent variable was 5.53%. meanwhile the result of regression showed that there were no positive relationship between Islamic business ethics with consument service quality, with effective contribution 0.74%. The result of regression showed that there were no positive relationship between organization commitment with consument service quality, which contributed 4.79%.
