Academic performance is known as a reflection of giftedness. Gifted adolescents are persons who had higher potential ability than their peers. To convey their potential to become an academic performance is not an automatically process, even though they are gifted adolescents. There are intrapersonal factors, such as selfconcept and autonomy, and environmental factors which consist of parental support, peer support and school- teacher support, which are assumed to influence gifted adolescents in achieving their academic performance. This research intended to identify factors which influenced gifted adolescents to gain academic performance. There are 111 gifted adolescents involved in this research as subjects. Some instruments are used in this research, in order to explore self concept, autonomy, parental support, peer support and shool teacher support. Some data were collected, and they are analysed by using regression analysis, to find out the factors that affect academic performance of gifted adolescents. The result showed that Academic achievement of gifted adolscents is influenced by intrapersonal factors which consist of self concept and autonomy , and environmental factors tha t contain of parental support, peer-support and school teacher support . The determination of those factors to academic achievement 17,446%. Factors which are dominant to gain academic performance have been identified. Autonomy could estimate the value of academic performance, and have greater effective determination (9,020%). Peer group support have 4,280 % effective determination to academic achievement. The determination of other factors to academic performance was inconsiderable. Academic achievement in various field also affected by intrapersonal and environmental factors. Especially in Mathematics and Social Science Gifted girls have higher support from the peer group than gifted boys. But they received same support from their parents and teacher.
