This research aimes to study the relationship between job characteristic approach and psychological empowerment on job satisfaction of rehabilitation officers. There are fifty rehabilitation officers from the National Vocational Rehabilitation Center, Cibinong Bogor participated in this study. They were given three of kinds of questionnaire scales; job satisfaction scale, job characteris tic scales and psychological empowerment scales. Data were analyzed using regression analysis technique.
