PERAN KOMPETENSI EMOSI DAN INTEGRITAS MORAL JAWA DALAM BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA YANG DIR

The purpose of this research was to recognize role of the javanese moral integrity on corporate culture at local governmental organization-Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta for employee perceived performance. This research also was to recognize role of the emotional competence for employee perceived employee. Subject were 140 employee, consisted 88 staff in Provincial Education Department and 52 staff in Biro Umum of local governmental organization- Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Emotional competence scale, javanese moral integrity on corporate culture scale and employee perceived performance was used to measured the level of individual emotional competence, javanese moral integrity on corporate culture and perceived performance. Each three scale was statisticaly analyzed to their own factors. 1. The result showed that (a) there was ten factors of emotional competence were service orientation, leadership, conscientiousness, organizational awareness, adaptability, conflict management, change catalyst, communication, influence, and developing others competence. (b) there was eight factors of javanese moral integrity on corporate culture were kekeluargaan, musyawarah untuk mufakat, ana bapang sumimpang, rukun agawe santosa, sepi ing pamrih rame ing gawe, hamemayu hayuning bawana, saiyeg saeko praya, and jer basuki mawa bea rules.(c). There was three factors of employee perceived performance were contextual, administrative -technical task, and counter-produktif perceived performance. (d).All emotional competence factors together were significant predictor for contextual perceived performance. (e). All emotional competence factors together were significant predictor for administrative-technical task perceived performance. (f). All emotional competence factors together were significant predictor for counter-produktif perceived performance. (g) All javanese moral integrity on corporate culture together weren’t significant predictor for contextual perceived performance. (h) All javanese moral integrity on corporate culture together weren’t significant predictor for administrative-technical task perceived performance. (h) All javanese moral integrity on corporate culture together were significant predictor for counter-produktif perceived performance. (i). There was no significant differentiation level of emotional competence and employee perceived performance both Provincial Education Department and Biro Umum. (j). There was significant differentiation level of kekeluargaan, ana bapang sumimpang and saiyeg saeko praya rules between Provincial Education Department and Biro Umum.
