HEIR'S JUSTICE PERCEIVED TOWARD DISTRIBUTION OF LEGACY ON ISLAMIC LAW A REVIEW FROM ATTITUDE TOWARD ISLAMIC INHERITANCE LAW AND MATURE RELIGIOUS Abstract This research was aimed to identify: 1) the roles of attitude toward Islamic inheritance law and mature religious on heir's justice perceived toward distribution of legacy on Islamic law, 2) the difference of between male and female about justice perceived toward distribution of legacy on Islamic law. The respondents were 98 persons with characteristics: resident of Regency Pekalongan, Moslems, 20 years old or older and have accepted the distribution of legacy. The method of analysis data was regression and independent-sample T test. The result of regression analysis indicated that attitude toward Islamic inheritance law and mature religious have a significant role on heir's justice perceived toward distribution of legacy on Islamic with coefficient correlation result (R) 0, 596, and determination coefficient (R2) 0,355, F-reg = 26,193; p = 0.000. The result of independent-sample T test indicated that did not different about justice perceived toward distribution of legacy on Islamic law between male and female, mean male: 40,85 and mean female: 40,98, t = -120, df =96, p =0,905 (p > 0,05).
