This interaction result the dynamic life in a organization able to influence the performance and product yielded by good company or organization in the form of goods or service. Human resource represent the change agent is often conceived by agent of change. The mentioned indicate that all activity conducted by initially is result from deed of human being itself. Make-Up of human resource don’t miss from active role of management in make-up of performance of employees and company it is of course. Elementary value which will be developed in this research by presented emotional intellegence in the world of job or activity and its implication to training management. Conception the emotional intellegence represent the phenomenon which still spelled out members newly in the world of organizational and industrial psychology, however its use in the world of job in this time very required. Emotional intellegence enable the someone to manage its emotion better, so that expressed precisely and effective, which is on finally will bring the the people can cooperate at ease go to the target and target of organization. Target of this research is to explain empirically what there emotional intellegence influence (Emotional Intelligence) to job performance. In this Research hypothesis generated by there is influence which are positive from emotional intellegence to employees performance with controlling variable inteligensi, self efficacy and communications interpersonal. This research use experiment method, that is conducted training of emotional intellegence with experiment device of The Pre Test - Post Test Design. From research result obtained inferential that there is positive influence and signifikan from emotional intellegence to job performance with controlling variable intelegensi, self efficacy and communications interpersonal. Thereby research hypothesis expressing that there is positive influence of emotional intellegence to job performance, accepted.
