This research aims to know the achievement difference between athletes who are having their menstruation and who are not having their menstruation in a short-distance swimming competition based on their stress scales. The research subjects were all women athletes joining in swimming competition whose characteristics are: 1) belonging to the KU (group of Age) lll up to the senior group starting from 11 years old and on 2). Participating in 50 meter short-distance competition number. The technique used to take the data was incidental, for not all athletes were able to fill in the questionnaires during the competition. The method used to obtain the data was the Stress scale dealing with menstruation and the swimming achievement questionnaires. The data were analyzed using 1-path covariant technique analysis, double-variant analysis, and stress score categorization. The result shows: first, the achievements of some athletes who are having menstruation are influenced and some others are not influenced. Those who are influenced are Breaststroke number at age group l (15-18 year old) and Backstroke number at age group lll (11-13 year old). The Backstroke number at age group ll (13-15 year old), Butterfly stroke at age group lll (13-15 year old) and Breaststroke at age group lll (11-13 year old) are not influenced. The unanalyzed groups are senior groups in all styles. Second, empirically, the stress scale is reversed-equivalent to the achievement of all styles in the age groups (senior, KU I, KU II, KU III). It can be said that whether having menstruation or not, the higher the stress level is, the lower the achievement reach. Third, in the senior groups in all styles (starting from 18 year old) up to the age group lll (11-13 year old) who get their menstruation and do not get menstruation, there is no athlete having achievement improvement in the high or low scales of stress. In general athletes whose stress scales are standard are able to improve their achievement.
