This research aims to understand the relationship between interpersonal communication and organizational culture with self-efficacy on the employee of Pemda Kabupaten Tanggamus-Provinsi Lampung. Its subject was 94 employees of Pemda Kabupaten Tanggamus-Provinsi Lampung, Its data were collected using the interpersonal communication scales, organizational culture scales, and self-efficacy scales. The result of regression analysis was found that: (1) it was the significant relationship between interpersonal communication and organizational culture with self-efficacy on the employee (R= 0.810 and p = 0.000); (2) it was accepted that the positive and significant relationship between interpersonal communication with self-efficacy on the employee (r-parsial = 0.770 and p = 0.000); (3) it was not accepted that the positive and significant relationship between organizational culture with self-efficacy on the employee (rparsial = 0.222 and p = 0.006) but on the lugas correlation indicated the negative and significant relationship (rx2y = -0.408 and p = 0.000). The interpersonal communication was one of many factor influencing selfefficacy on the employee with effective contribution (SE %) 60.264 %. If the interpersonal communication was good, the self-efficacy was higher as well. While the organizational culture influnced self-efficacy with effective contribution (SE %) 5.776 %.
