STUDI TENTANG PERILAKU PROSOSIAL MASYARAKAT PASCA KONFLIK DI KOTA AMBON PROPINSI MALUKU

The study aims at seeing the relationship of community group viewed from aged group and genderwith prosocial behaviour of post-conflict community in Ambon city. The free valuables of this study are community group, aged group and gender. The bound variable is prosocial behaviour. The subject of study is Mollucas community lived in Ambon city with 120 people, consist of Moslems, and 60 Christian. We used sampling purposive technique. The means of data collecting in the study of prosocial behaviour scale comprises 4 answer choice, and the methods of data analysis is regression. The result shows that there is a significance relationship between aged group and gender with prosocial behaviour of community.
