aim of this Research is to know the relation between self management and emotion maturity to the decision making orientation. The hypothesis of this research is a positive relation between self management and emotion maturity with the decision making. High more and more ability of self management and emotion maturity owned by a employees, hence more and more effective decision making orientation. This research use the Self Management Scale, Emotion Maturity Scale, and and Decision Making Scale. This study was held at Pt. Maesindo Indonesia, in which subject were the employees PT. Maesindo Indonesia, start from staff untill factory Director with number of 45 persons. The data were analized using Multiple Regression Analysis.
