The study examined a model of health for elderly people, i.e. wether a need of self-fulfilment and affect effect the health of elderly people. Quantitative analytical test was done by application of LISREL 8.03 software and qualitative analytical test was done by observation technique, interview, FGD (Focussed Group Discussion) and secondary data. The Subject of this study were 40 old people (20 male and 20 female). The subject involved were patients at Poliklinik Geriatri RS. Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta. The result of this study indicates that: (1) Through a structural equation model analysis, the model of elderly people health is accepted as a proper model, after eight factors in the need of self-fulfilment variables is reduced into four factors; (2) There was direct correlation between constructs hypothesized, such as the evidence that the need of self-fulfilment in supporting the positive-affect appearance (γ=2.85; p
