This study has a purpose to know the correlation between assertive behavior and perception of transformational leadership on work stress. This study involves 133 (one hundred and thirty three) nurses of ‘Bethesda ’ Hospital, Yogyakarta as the subject research. The research data are collected using 3 (three) scales, that is, scale of assertive behavior, scale of transformational leadership perception, and scale of work stress.
