2005 | Tesis |The objectives of the research are, First, to explore the relationship between self- efficacy and turnover intention, using job satisfaction as mediator variable, among the employees of Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Perwakilan IV Yogyakarta. Second, to explore the influence of the self-efficacy to job satisfaction. Third, to explore the influence of job satisfaction to the turnover intention. Fourth, to explore the influence of the self-efficacy to turnover intention. Data collection in this research was done through survey method. The Scales of a Turnover Intention, Self- Efficacy, and Job Satisfaction were used as a parameters. Research was conducted at the Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Perwakilan IV Yogyakarta, with auditors as a subject. The total number of the subjects were 50. Data were analyzed by using Multiple Regression Analysis and Partial Correlation Analysis, using SPSS version 10 statistical program as a tool. The result showed that 13.6% of the turnover intention behavior determined by selfefficacy, with job satisfaction as a mediator.
